Welcome to your base in the heart of Calpe, this picturesque coastal town, located on the Costa Blanca of Spain is known for its stunning beaches, crystal clear waters and its iconic rock formation called "Peñon de Ifach", Calpe offers a perfect combination of natural beauty, history and modern comforts.

This 3-bedroom flat is centrally located, allowing you to easily get around the area. It is set within a complex that has its own communal swimming pool and is only a 5 minute drive from the beach, the town's most emblematic restaurants and the main tourist attractions.

As soon as you step into the flat you will feel at home. The property has been recently redecorated and we have thought of all the necessary details to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The living room has a large window with plenty of natural light, a table for 6 people and a very comfortable convertible sofa bed. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook, if you wish. Another highlight of this flat is its covered terrace, also equipped for outdoor dining if you prefer.

Security

THE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS.

The photo detectors installed are only activated by the security centre when there is an intruder alarm in the property in order to notify the police. When the property is rented, the alarm is disconnected and therefore the photodetectors are inactive.

The entrance to the garage is on Calle Alicante.

Enter the garage and turn right. Approximately 20 metres further on you will find the access to Sótano - 3.

Approximately 10 metres further on you will find the parking space number 103 on the left hand side.

The lift leading to the flat is directly opposite the parking space.

To access the flat from the garage, press floor 3.

To access the garage from the flat press floor -3.

The parking space is clamped to prevent unauthorized parking by others. The unlocking key is located on the supplied key ring.

Important: to exit the garage you need the remote control. Please note that the door opens inwards.

Instructions for opening and locking the digital lock with the PIN access code

From the outside

To open the door:

1. On the numeric keypad, enter the access PIN provided. The code is unique for each stay and is no longer valid after the end of the rental period.

2. Press the confirmation button (✅).

3. The lock will unlock automatically.

To close the door:

1. Make sure the door is completely closed.

2. Press the confirmation button (✅) until two beeps sound.

3. The lock will lock automatically.

From the inside

To open the door:

If the lock is locked:

1. Turn the knob manually to unlock the lock.

If the lock is unlocked:

1. Use the handle to open the door.

To lock the door:

1. Turn the knob manually to lock the lock if desired.

Note: The knob should only be used where indicated to avoid damage to the mechanism.

Water

The kitchen tap is equipped with a water filtering system so there is no need to buy bottled water.

Turn the left side to obtain filtered water.

Rubbish

You can take your rubbish out and put it in the bins on the other side of the street in front of the pet shop.

There you can dispose of organic waste, packaging and glass.
